Keith Schilling - Owner/SEM Consultant

Keith Schilling is the owner and founder of On Top Results. He makes it his goal that no website is ever lost on the last pages of the search engines (well, at least no website that belongs to our clients). As our fearless leader, Keith is constantly updating us and his clients about the changes happening in the world of Search Engine Optimization. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Methodist College in North Carolina. Since earning his degree, he has taught himself extensively how to organically optimize webpages and has become a Certified Google Adwords Professional and a Certified Yahoo Search Marketing Ambassador. Keith was the Director of Search Engine Marketing at Pro Step Marketing in Huntersville where he successfully ranked over 30+ real estate websites. To keep his skills sharp, Keith currently works as the Web Marketing Specialist for USHIFU LLC, and there he uses his knowledge to build and promote the company’s websites.

Though a SEO specialist by day (and night) Keith actually masquerades as the next Tiger Woods. While in college he golfed as a 2 handicapper. He hung up the clubs and turned to diapers and bottles when his son came along. Today, Keith’s favorite shows are 24, Man Vs. Wild, and CSI. While he likes to hide the fact, he is a closet Wiggles fan, thanks to his little guy.

Keith fancies himself a vigilante, and sprang to life one night when he thought a burglar was in his house. He flew through the bedroom door only to discover the culprit was his VCR, which was spitting out and then sucking in a tape. He has since switched to a far less scary DVD player, although he sometimes sneaks out at night to check on the rest of his electronic gizmos before going to sleep.

Nicole Harms - Professional Copywriter

Nicole Harms is the writer of the group. She has extensive experience writing optimized content for websites, and makes it her goal to make her content not only friendly for the search engines, but also for the reader. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in education from Maranatha Baptist Bible College in Wisconsin, but after four years of teaching Junior High, she turned in the chalkboard for the keyboard. Besides working on web content, Nicole has also written a fourth grade history curriculum.

Nicole has been writing since before she could read. Her acclaimed novel “The Cat and the Mouse,” written in first grade, got rave reviews and received many awards (from grandmas and grandpas). Since that time she has never lost the love of writing, and when her daughter came along she felt it was time to turn to writing as a way to make money. When she is not enthralled by the sights and sounds of Baby Einstein, Nicole is typing away at her computer, creating page after page of website content.

Though a writer and mother by trade, Nicole secretly fancies herself the next Broadway star. If you pass by the bathroom while she is showering, you can hear her belting out the tunes. She has only broken one mirror this way (so far). She always drives with the windows up so she can revel in the sound of her own voice as she sings her favorite show tunes, much to the chagrin of her little girl.

N. Rajesh Kumar - Director of Web Development

N. Rajesh Kumar is our Director of Web Development. He takes a highly logical approach to developing websites. This makes even the most complex sites simple for him to create. He particularly enjoys working with sites driven by databases, and finds technical jargon to be the most beautiful language in the world. He has worked with clients ranging from small e-commerce sites to huge corporations. No job is too big or too small for Rajesh and his development skills.

Rajesh is our own personal nutty professor. In fact, when they made the Nutty Professor movie, they studied Rajesh for inspiration. At once lovable and at the same time a computer genius, he is somewhat moody, so we work to stay out of his way when a big code change is coming or a project is nearing its deadline.

While a web developer by trade, Rajesh is first and foremost a daddy. In fact, we sometimes call him “Mr. Dad,” as work and kids are his only two priorities. If you start a conversation with Rajesh, be prepared to have it turn to his kids. In his down time, he is practicing his spy skills, because he claims that he is the one and only James Bond. We humor his fantasy.

Sujatha Rajesh - Director of Web Design

Sujatha Rajesth is our Director of Web Design. When it comes to graphics, no one can find or create what Sujatha can. She brings artistic creativity to the team, excelling in creating beautiful, eye-catching websites. Sujatha holds a Master’s degree, and loves to juggle many web designing projects at once. Her goal is to capture what the client wants on the webpages, and she is never happy until the client is more than satisfied. She also knows how to use all the different web technologies, such as ASP, PHP, and HTML, so all existing websites can benefit from her attention.

We have learned to stay out of Sujatha’s way, particularly when she is facing a tight deadline. That’s because years ago she took up karate, and her moves are quite effective. When we asked her why she learned the skills, she said it was to protect herself from her raucous family! Whatever the reason, we know that she is serious about the sport! Whenever she is not vigorously coding, critiquing, and designing web pages, she is in the corner practicing her moves!
